- Lay ThermaZen flat on your bed, mat, or massage table. Lay a cotton sheet inside as a sweat liner — easier to wash than the blanket interior.
- Set upper zone (35-65°C) and lower zone (45-75°C) on the digital controller. Most users run the lower zone 10°F warmer than the upper.
- Step in, zip up, and relax. Both zones reach their setpoint within 6 minutes. The 15-60 minute timer auto-shuts off the heat at the end of your session.
- After your session, unplug. Wipe the silver-ion PVC interior with a damp cloth and mild antimicrobial cleaner. Air-dry, fold, store.
