Frequently Asked Questions

verified +347 experts reviewed it as the best choice in 2026
Q1 How long does the battery last on a full charge?
You get about 90 minutes per charge, and a full recharge takes about 3 hours. The battery is 2000 mAh, real runtime varies with use, and the 9012 shows battery level on its LED display.
Q2 Does it come with a charger?
A USB Type-C charging cable is in the box. You plug it into the port under the silicone cover on the handle. The box holds a cable, not a wall adapter, so use a USB power adapter you already own.
Q3 Is it waterproof? Can I rinse it?
The 9012 body is rated IPX7, so you can rinse it while you brush. The charging port sits under a silicone cover on the handle.
Q4 Which should I pick, the 9011 or the 9012?
Pick the 9012 if you want a battery-level display and a body you can rinse (IPX7). Pick the 9011 for a simple three-power-level, button-only unit. The 9011 is white; the 9012 comes in white or pink.
Q5 How hard do I need to press on grout?
Guide it lightly. Spray your cleaner, let it sit a few minutes, then glide along the grout line. A brushless copper-core motor spins the head at 350 to 450 rpm, so you steer rather than push.
Q6 Where can I use it besides the shower?
Use it on bathroom floors, toilets, sinks, glass, sofas and car seats. The telescopic pole reaches low and high spots, and you swap the head to suit the surface.
Q7 Do I have to bend to use it?
The telescopic pole has 3 sections, so you reach the tub wall and low corners from where you stand. The one-key button start keeps it simple: press it and guide the head.
