Frequently Asked Questions

verified +347 experts reviewed it as the best choice in 2026
Q1 How do I fold it back into the bag?
Folding takes one practice run: lay the tent flat, fold bottom to top, then cross the steel hoops at the waist and bag it. Try it once at home before your trip.
Q2 Will it hold up in wind, and does it come with stakes?
Yes, if you stake it down. 4 ground stakes come in the box, so use all 4 each time. It has level 3 wind resistance. Take it down in rough weather.
Q3 Is it tall enough for me to stand up in?
You get 190 cm (74.8 in) of standing room in every size, so you can shower or change upright without hunching. Compare it with your own height before you pick.
Q4 Does it have a floor, or is the bottom open?
The bottom is open, with no groundsheet, so shower water runs out onto the ground instead of pooling inside. Pick a spot you're happy to get wet.
Q5 Is it waterproof? Can I use it in the rain?
It's made for showering, changing and toilet privacy. The outer fabric has light water resistance only, so it isn't a rain shelter. Keep it for dry-weather stops.
Q6 Which size should I choose?
Pick the size that fits your space. Footprints: small 100 x 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in), medium 120 x 120 cm (47.2 x 47.2 in), large 150 x 150 cm (59.1 x 59.1 in). All three are 190 cm (74.8 in) tall. Measure the spot where you'll pitch it.
