Since installing NovaTap, my whole cooking routine changed. I tap the sensor with a dirty hand and never touch the handle, and after six months it still works flawlessly.

What our 17,000+ Customers say
Based On Real and Honest Experiences
I fill my biggest stock pot on the stove without moving a thing, since the pull-down hose stretches right over from the sink. It snaps back into place every time, which I didn't expect from a faucet at this price.
Marcus T.Verified Buyer
I was sure a touch-sensor faucet would be gimmicky, but NovaTap proved me wrong within the first week. The sensor never misfires, and switching between spray modes has genuinely made cleanup faster.

Q1 Is the touch sensor reliable?
Yes, NovaTap's sensor is calibrated to recognize an intentional tap versus incidental brushes, so it responds only when you want it to, every single time.
Q2 Can I still turn it on manually?
Absolutely. NovaTap includes a traditional lever alongside the touch sensor, so you can switch controls whenever you like.
Q3 Is installation complicated?
Not at all. NovaTap arrives with quick-connect hoses and an easy-to-follow guide, so most homeowners have it installed in under an hour.
Q4 Does NovaTap need batteries?
You can power the touch sensor with batteries or wire it directly into your home's electrical system, whichever is more convenient for your kitchen.
Q5 How durable is the pull-down sprayer?
Very. It's built from high-grade stainless steel with a reinforced retraction system designed to handle years of daily pulling and rinsing.
Q6 Can I adjust the water temperature easily?
Yes. The dual temperature control paired with the LED indicator lets you dial in the perfect temperature at a glance every time.
Q7 Will it hold up in hard water areas?
It will. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction stands up to mineral buildup, so it keeps performing beautifully even with hard water.
Q8 What if NovaTap doesn't fit my sink?
NovaTap fits standard single-hole and three-hole sink configurations, and if you run into any issues, our support team is ready to help you find the right fit.
